MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Wisconsin is expected to see a brief moderation in temperatures around Valentine’s Day, though winter conditions will remain firmly in place as snow chances persist across the state from Feb. 14 through Feb. 20.

High temperatures on Valentine’s Day are forecast to climb into the low to mid-30s across southeastern Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, while northern and central parts of the state remain closer to the freezing mark.
