COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Jon Hallford, one of the owners of the Return to Nature funeral home, was sentenced to 40 years in prison on Friday.
His sentence stems from nearly 200 charges of abuse of a corpse, one for every body found improperly stored in his Penrose funeral home in October of 2023.
