60 possible victims identified in identity and mail theft case, suspect arrested

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said dozens of victims have been identified in a case that involved identity theft and mail theft.

CSPD said the Metro Division Theft and Intel units were investigating a prolific offender who was accused of being involved with identity theft, theft, burglary of motor vehicles, mail theft, and narcotics.
