We aren’t sure when the doors closed for the final time, but the Lima de Veras Peruvian Restobar restaurant in Sterling has also apparently run afoul of its landlord, forcing it to close.
A notice on the front door reads: “No Trespassing. This space has been redeemed by the landlord. Lease Default.”
The Burn just reported on Thursday that the All American Steakhouse in Ashburn was closed due to some apparent violation of its lease. Exactly what happened hasn’t been publicly revealed, but we’re hearing the Steakhouse is expected to eventually reopen.
It looks less likely that Lima de Veras is coming back…
