PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Portsmouth Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 59-year-old William Charles Williams.
Williams is sought for questioning in regarding an active death investigation in the 4900 block of George Washington Highway in Portsmouth.
Williams is described as a male with long, graying hair and brown eyes.
