Oswego Health Medical Practice announced it will open its first primary care clinic in Onondaga County on March 2, located at 3448 State Route 31 in Baldwinsville in the Belgium Meadows Office Park.
Dr. Andrew Rogall, a board-certified family medicine physician who has treated patients with Oswego Health Medical Practice since 2019, will lead the Clay clinic.
A Clay resident, Rogall earned his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and completed his residency at LSU Family Medicine in Lake Charles, Louisiana, where he served as chief resident. He also holds a degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario…
