Former Westminster postal worker pleads guilty to hidden camera charge

A former postal worker pleaded guilty Friday, Feb. 6, to placing a hidden camera inside the women’s restroom at the post office in Westminster.

Nicholas Testagrossa, 43, of Rindge, New Hampshire, pleaded guilty to one count of obstruction and attempted obstruction of an official proceeding, and two counts of video voyeurism, according to a press release from the office of U.S. Attorney Leah B. Foley. He is scheduled to be sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Margaret R. Guzman on May 12.

Prosecutors said Testagrossa placed the camera beneath a vent in the women’s restroom on multiple occasions in an effort to record his female co-workers while they were undressed. The device was discovered by a fellow employee on May 28, 2025…
