TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Tampa’s International Plaza is set to undergo a major expansion starting this year.
Simon, the company that operates the mall, announced Wednesday that the property is “poised for a significant redevelopment that will redefine the region’s luxury shopping landscape.”
According to Simon, the updates will include a 50,000-square-foot open-air exterior expansion and a reimagined Bay Street that includes an “enhanced al fresco dining” and gathering area.
