Sergeant Keith Gasco, who has served 13 years with the Millbury Police Department and is a member of the CEMLEC SWAT team, was shot while responding to a barricaded subject on Tuesday night, Feb. 3, according to a GoFundMe created to support his family. Gasco sustained multiple gunshot wounds and is currently in stable condition, according to the page.
The suspect was identified as Patrick Madison, 35, who was killed in the exchange of gunfire.
