ARMSTRONG COUNTY, Texas — The Armstrong County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public in locating 34-year-old Ramon Ayala III, of Houston/Brownsville, Texas.
Ayala, described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, was last associated with a black 2020 Volkswagen Jetta. The vehicle was discovered by a deputy on January 22, 2026, parked in a small overlook area off a dirt path near the North rim of the canyon, close to State Highway 207, according to the Armstrong County Sheriff’s Office.
