Ex-employees of Delia’s Tamales have settled the lawsuits they brought against the South Texas restaurant and their former bosses.
Richard Alamia, an Edinburg attorney who represents the workers in the two cases, confirmed they had been resolved but couldn’t comment on the details because of confidentiality agreements.
