Firefighters and multiple other agencies responded to a grass fire that sparked near the Highway 72 and Highway 93 intersection in Arvada on Saturday morning.
Law enforcement had issued a pre-evacuation notice for the fire, asking residents of the Candelas community to prepare to evacuate.
