SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Utah will see a brief moderation in temperatures around Valentine’s Day, but winter weather is expected to remain a dominant feature across the state through Feb. 20, with periodic chances for snow and continued cold conditions, especially in mountain areas.
Along the Wasatch Front, including Salt Lake City, daytime highs are expected to climb into the low to mid-30s Friday and Saturday.
