MERIDIAN, Idaho (CBS2) — A Meridian man has been arrested for five counts of rape and five counts of video voyeurism.
Meridian Police say they received a tip of an adult man posting several videos of himself engaging in sexual acts with an incapacitated woman on the Telegram social media platform.
Police identified the man as 50-year-old Thomas Spencer of Meridian. Police were also able to identify the victim, who they say did not consent to the activity and was unaware of the videos or that the activity had taken place…
