RENO, Nev. – — Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) will host Street Heat, a four-day classic car and concert festival Wednesday, Aug. 5 through Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026. Scheduled during a week when classic car fans already plan trips to Reno, the event offers an additional on-property option with classic car exhibitions, free nightly outdoor concerts, a vendor marketplace, food and beverage experiences and special hotel offers.

Inspired by previous classic car events held at GSR, Street Heat will feature a multi-format car show showcasing vintage automobiles from the 1950s through the 1980s. Highlights include classic car registration and exhibitions, a cruise-style parade, awards presentations and GSR’s signature Cherry Show & Shine, allowing enthusiasts and spectators alike to admire beautifully restored vehicles throughout the resort.
