With the transaction complete, Parlay 6 will manage the day-to-day operations of Lead Dog Brewing Company, while the original Lead Dog ownership team retains equity and remains actively involved in the brand’s long-term vision and direction.
As part of the alignment, Lead Dog beers will be produced alongside Parlay 6 brands at the Battle Born production facility, supporting efficient production while maintaining the quality and character each brand is known for.
Both breweries emphasized that taproom identities and guest experiences will remain unchanged. Each location will continue to reflect its established culture, community connection and atmosphere.
