Manoa roundabout proposal stalls after residents raise concerns

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A proposal to install a roundabout at a five-way intersection in Manoa stalled this week after residents raised concerns about safety, space and whether the change is needed.

The Manoa Neighborhood Board discussed the proposal Wednesday, a resolution introduced by vice chair Christopher Moylan that called for installing a raised roundabout at the intersection of Manoa Road, Oʻahu Avenue and Lowry Avenue.
