Montgomery County police are looking for a man who was captured on a surveillance camera in late January using a tool to break windows at a Rockville day care center, the department said Friday in a news release.
Children were at the residence housing a day care in the 14000 block of London Lane during the Jan. 20 incident, but none were injured, according to police.
