The Birmingham Police Department (BPD) Crime Reduction Team has made two arrests within 48 hours in connection with the fatal shooting of 20-year-old Carlton Duncan. Two 16-year-old boys have been placed under arrest. Both suspects were taken into custody on Feb. 4.
