BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A 17-year-old and an 18-year-old were arrested in southwest Baltimore after police located the vehicle they had carjacked in the county, authorities confirmed.
On Feb. 6 around 9:30 p.m., Baltimore police’s Foxtrot helicopter tracked a car that was carjacked in Baltimore County to the 4300 block of Eldone Road, police said.
