DUMFRIES, Va. (DC News Now) — Not even the cold, windy weather slowed Buddhist monks Saturday as they walked through Dumfries on their way to Washington, D.C.
Hundreds of people lined the streets to welcome the monks as they made a rest stop on their “Walk for Peace.”
