YORK, Pa. — As heavy snow continues to block street parking across York, residents are finding inventive ways to hold their spots, using chairs, trash cans, and other household items to mark territory.
Shamea Addison, a Penn Street resident, said the practice helps protect hours of hard work clearing snow.
