A homeless man in Leesburg was arrested for returning to Walmart despite being trespassed the evening before.
Officers responded to Walmart, located at 2501 Citrus Blvd., regarding 41-year-old Shawn Jermaine Brinson trespassing in the customer service department around 6:15 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department.
A loss prevention officer advised that he had been trespassed the evening before, and they wanted him removed from the property. He was subsequently detained and brought out to the front parking lot, the report said.
