RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Night to Shine RVA returned Friday, February 6, bringing another unforgettable prom experience to the Richmond area.
The annual event, hosted by the Tim Tebow Foundation, celebrates people with special needs in the community. Four local churches are joined forces to create this year’s celebration, welcoming more than 800 guests for a night they won’t forget.
