By Sara Beth Williams– — Shop owner Christina Truong celebrated a ribbon cutting for her new nails and spa location in Citrus Heights on Saturday, Feb. 7, to an enthusiastic crowd of family, friends, and community members.
Gateway Nails and Spa is one of three new businesses opening in a building adjacent to Starbucks in the Copperwood Square shopping center on Sunrise Boulevard. A family friend of Truong, who said the owner operated in the Folsom area previously, relayed that the store held its soft opening beginning on Monday, Feb. 2, before celebrating its grand opening with a ribbon cutting on Saturday.
