WORCESTER, MA — Two people were arrested on drug and gun trafficking charges following a surveillance operation and search warrant execution on Fairfax Road.
On Feb. 5, 2026, Vice Detectives along with Detectives from the Gang and Crime Gun Intelligence Unit were conducting surveillance at a residence on Fairfax Road.
