Wilfredo Roldos, 62, of Queens, was taken into custody following the incident on Beach 2nd Street at about 4:27 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 6, according to detectives.
Officers responding to a reported disturbance learned that two male victims, ages 39 and 52, were approached by Roldos, who accused them of breaking his car window, police said. Roldos allegedly identified himself as law enforcement, wore a badge around his neck, and pointed what appeared to be a firearm at the men.
