AUSTIN (KXAN) – For years, police in Texas’ capital city have maintained there is no serial killer drowning intoxicated victims in Lady Bird Lake. Despite suspicion surrounding such a predator, Sgt. Nathan Sexton with the local homicide unit told KXAN that Austin is no different from other places when it comes to drownings.
