A Mississippi couple were arrested Feb. 5 on felony charges in connection with the theft of copper wiring and extensive damage to AT&T infrastructure in several neighborhoods, authorities said.
Nicholas Crum, 46, and Lillia Crum, 42, both of Jackson, are charged with felony grand larceny and felony malicious mischief. Police said the pair stole more than $5,000 worth of AT&T copper wiring and caused more than $10,000 in damage to electrical components.
