ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A man was charged with second-degree murder on Saturday for a shooting that resulted in a 14-year-old’s death in December.
Demeteris Vanarsdale, 18, was charged with one count of second-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action, one count of unlawful use of a weapon and one count of tampering with physical evidence.
