Several people have been arrested in connection with the theft of items from Bexar County Sheriff’s Office vehicles that were burglarized at a county fleet maintenance facility, according to arrest affidavits.
Lorenzo DeLeon, Michael Garcia, Jennifer Pena-Soledad and Vincent “Koko” Limon, all charged with theft of property valued between $2,500 and $30,000 and engaging in organized criminal activity following a Tuesday burglary, court records show.
