Man critically hurt in shooting, crash at Rigsby and Clark, police say

SAN ANTONIO — A 20-year-old man was left with life-threatening injuries Saturday night after a shooting that ended in a crash near the east side, San Antonio police said.

Officers were called to the intersection of Rigsby Avenue and Clark Avenue just after 8:15 p.m. Saturday for a report of a shooting in progress.

When officers arrived, they found a vehicle had crashed into a concrete embankment. The driver, a 20-year-old man, had an apparent gunshot wound and injuries from the crash. According to police, he was later transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries…
