SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – Two singles matches went the limit, with the second of those going against Nevada Men’s Tennis as the Wolf Pack dropped a 4-3 decision to LMU Saturday in San Luis Obispo, California.
At No. 4 singles, Nevada’s Max Contet battled LMU’s Kuba Hrynkiewicz with each taking a set, 6-3. In the third and deciding set, it was Hrynkiewicz who came out on top, taking it 6-4 to clinch the point for the Lions.
Nevada (4-2) got singles victories from Rémy Trégourès at No. 2 (2-6, 6-4, 6-2), Rayen Hermassi at No. 3 (6-2, 7-5), and freshman Sebastiano Cressi at No. 6 (6-4, 6-4)…
