TRANSYLVANIA COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A planned outage is scheduled to last until 4 p.m. in parts of Transylvania County, according to Haywood Electric Membership Corporation.
The corporation posted to Facebook that Duke Energy scheduled an emergency outage on the transmission line feeding the Quebec station.
The outage was scheduled from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for Haywood EMC customers in the Lake Toxaway, Quebec, Balsam Grove, Cold Mountain, and Wolf Mountain communities…
