Man accused of shooting person in leg during argument over money in Christian County

CHRISTIAN COUNTY, Ky. (WKRN) — A man was taken into custody in connection with a shooting that took place in Christian County Sunday morning.

The Oak Grove Police Department said dispatch was notified at approximately 11:38 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 8 about a person with a gunshot wound.

When officers arrived at the scene, the victim said Hakim Bowles, 28, of Oak Grove, had shot him in the leg during an argument over money, according to law enforcement.
