HONEA PATH, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Honea Path Police Department is asking residents to be vigilant and report vandalism after an arrest was made earlier this month.
According to police, Hunter Dean Shook was arrested on Feb. 1 after allegedly stealing property from a local business and vandalizing the newly paved Sirrine Street by spray painting the road.
According to police, the graffiti included initials, symbols and vulgar statements directed at law enforcement. The graffiti was in an area where children wait daily for the school bus.
