Indy event supports families of the missing, pushes for change

INDIANAPOLIS — As the Hailey Buzbee case continues to weigh heavy on the city of Fishers and surrounding communities, families of other missing people are coming together to find strength in solidarity.

Katrina Overstreet founded The Missing Struggle as a way to help others amid her own heartbreak. Her sister, Cieha Taylor, was 28 when she went missing in 2020.

”She dropped her boyfriend off [and a] couple hours later, about a mile away from where she dropped her boyfriend off, her car was found,” Overstreet said. “It was running, it was abandoned, her driver’s side door was open, her cellphone was on the ground and we haven’t seen or heard from her since.”…
