EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) -Michigan State University’s Spartan Dairy Store opened early Saturday morning to serve ice cream to customers celebrating National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day.
The dairy store has been open since 9 a.m., serving ice cream to customers on the first Saturday of February despite chilly weather conditions.
