New video shows a bizarre scene on the 101 Freeway in Echo Park, where dozens of people were seen riding bicycles on the freeway on Saturday afternoon.
The video from the Citizen app was submitted around 2:30 p.m. and was captured in the northbound lanes of the 101 Freeway between Rampart Boulevard and Alvarado Street.
