(WKBN) – The Pennsylvania State Police has released video showing what led up to a deadly trooper-involved shooting last year after a court ruling in favor of WKBN’s request for records.
The tense situation shows the pursuit of a stolen Ohio State Highway Patrol cruiser as it races through traffic, ending in a crash and later the shooting of the suspect.
