MANCHESTER, Iowa — A 59-year-old man from Anamosa was arrested Saturday after police say he traveled to Manchester to meet someone he believed was a teenager for sex.
According to the Manchester Police Department, Donald Ray Linkous was taken into custody following an online investigation. Police say Linkous had been communicating with an undercover officer who was posing as a 15-year-old.
Investigators say Linkous allegedly sent nude photos and videos during the online conversations and made plans to meet the teen in person. Police also say he intended to take the juvenile from Manchester back to his home in Anamosa…
