Two Milwaukee men identified as responsible for the shooting death of 19-year-old Joseph Torres of Sheboygan on January 17th have been charged in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. 18-year-old Lawrence Buford and 19-year-old Onterio Girley are accused of shooting both Torres and an 18-year-old woman who survived, is recovering, and has testified to the events of that night.
Buford was taken into custody on Tuesday, January 27th, while Girley was arrested two days later. Charges were filed by the District Attorney’s Office this past Monday.
Girley is facing one charge of Felony Murder-Armed Robbery, modified as Party to a Crime and being a repeater. His bond was set at $500,000…
