A man was killed in a pedestrian crash early Saturday morning on Kienlen Avenue in St. Louis, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at 5:10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, on Kienlen Avenue south of Wabada Avenue.
