A Utah man has been charged with manslaughter after allegedly leaving three men with disabilities in a vehicle that was running for at least an hour, eventually leading them to die from carbon monoxide poisoning.
According to police in West Valley City, Utah — located about 10 miles outside Salt Lake City — 25-year-old Isaiah Pulu has been booked on three counts of manslaughter and three counts of aggravated abuse of a vulnerable adult following the deaths of the three men on Friday, Feb. 6.
