SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) — You might see smoke in the sky on the east side of Sioux Falls Monday.
That’s because, weather permitting, Sioux Falls Fire Rescue will conduct controlled burns on two debris piles on city property near Rice Street and Veterans Parkway.
