PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A woman is dead after being hit by a car at a central Phoenix intersection Sunday afternoon.
Around 11 a.m., officers responded to the area of Central Avenue and Elwood Street for reports of an accident.
When they arrived, there was a woman in the road with serious injuries. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released yet…
