Non-essential City and County of Honolulu offices, services to close Monday

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi issued Sunday an emergency proclamation and ordered the closure of all non-essential City and County of Honolulu offices and services through at least Monday.
