Two more arrested in North Carolina quadruple shooting that killed two: Police

CONCORD, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Two more young men have been arrested in a shooting that killed two and injured two others, according to Concord Police.

Devin Wardell Griffin, 18, of Davidson, and 19-year-old William Cornell McDaniel of Concord are both charged in connection with a deadly shooting on Fairington Drive on Feb. 1.

Just after 11 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 1, Concord officers were called to an apartment complex on Fairington Drive for reports of the shooting. Officers arrived to find four people shot.

Two of the victims died at the scene, and two others were taken to the hospital by Cabarrus County Emergency Medical Services. Officials have not given an update on the condition of the two surviving victims…
