Driver charged in deadly weekend crash

GREEN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) – A 21-year-old driver is under arrest on charges he caused a deadly weekend crash, court records show.

Alex Temoxtle rear-ended another vehicle as he drove south on North Bend Road near Mercy Health Boulevard in Green Township shortly before 3 a.m. Sunday, police allege in an affidavit.

He is held without bond at the Hamilton County Justice Center on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, driving without a license and failure to maintain an assured clear distance.
