CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A West Side savings bank has reached a deal to make its first acquisition ever by merging a small Cincinnati peer into its operations.
Miamitown-based Miami Savings Bank and New Foundation Savings Bank Corp., located in Colerain Township, have signed an agreement of merger. New Foundation will become part of Miami Savings Bank as a result of the deal.
